Returns/Faulty Items

Return Policy 

Immediate returns: 

  • If your order has been shipped, we will arrange a goods return authorisation on your behalf. However, you will be charged the cost of the original shipping and the return shipping, plus any handling costs it may have incurred. The product must be received back by Waiheke Living having been un-opened and the packaging must still be in its original condition. If all of these conditions are met you will be given a store credit. 

Faulty items:

  • All faulty item returns are subject to our returns policy as well as the manufacturers warranty. If your item is faulty within the warranty period, please email sales@Waihekeliving.co.nz immediately to arrange the return. We will liaise with you to return the unit back to us. When it arrives in store it will be assessed prior to the claim being made with the supplier. If deemed faulty we will proceed with the supplier warranty claim. Alternatively, if the item is deemed not to be faulty or that the fault was caused by user error, we will arrange to return the unit back to you, at your expense.

 

Waiheke and Auckland Deliveries:

  • Waiheke Deliveries 3-5 Working days
  • Auckland Deliveries 7-14 working days
  • On the off chance items are out of stock we will call you to discuss timeframe or other options
